Fell of the soda wagon heavily today. Was so good about only a small (less than 8oz) of soda a day for a week and today I had two cans. Doesn’t help that my fiance is sabotaging my soda-reducing efforts by not making more iced tea when he drinks the rest.
Oh well. One day at a time.
Also, I was thinking about posting healthy meal ideas/recipes on here. Not sure if that would be conductive, but as I don’t have a gym membership, I don’t have a lot to talk about and it would be sort of repetitive to just talk about me using my peddler and doing my jackknives and stretching every day. So I’m trying to think of ways to spice it up around here so it’s not just that.
