Motivation

Today I did my hour peddling plus my abdominal (I did 10 regular jackknives and 10 of the circus seal ones) and stretching. I’m feeling pretty good about myself right now, regarding my obsessive thoughts and general mental health. However, we’ll see how this week goes because I’m taking a placebo break from my HBC for the first time since around November and being on my withdrawal bleed always makes my head go to weird places and my energy levels get really screwed up. So we’ll see if I’ll be able to keep up with the training this week.

Not really sure what else to talk about here. I could post a calories burned calculator, I guess, but I’m not sure if that would be conductive. I’ve only used it once to see just how effective my workouts are (I didn’t calculate everything in that I did that day — just my workout) on average and I don’t use it on a regular basis. So…hm.
