I’m going to write about my workout today.
I did a hour of peddling on my exercise peddler: 20 minutes backward, 20 minutes forward, 10 minutes backward, 10 minutes forward.
Followed by 10 bridge exercises as seen in this video:
And then 10 of the same thing, just with my right leg crossed over my thigh at the ankle. Then 10 of the same thing, just left leg crossed over my thigh at the ankle.
Finally I finished off with 10 what I call circus seal jackknives as seen in this video (though I start out with my legs flat on the ground):
Then I cooled down with some stretching.
