Farmer’s Market

Today we went to the Farmer’s Market for the first time all year. We found two large bunches of asparagus for $7, a bag of baby chard for $1, and a pound of lean, grass-fed stew beef for $6. It was a good haul. And we got to walk around outside for a while.

Tonight we had those meatballs I posted a while back with whole grain pasta and asparagus for dinner. Tomorrow we’re probably having the same, with possibly a salad (we have some organic romaine we need to eat and we’ll mix it with the chard).

Still having an awful time sleeping so no workouts. I’m just too tired to workout after doing the things I have to do during the day right now. I’m sure I’ll get back with it once I can get a decent night’s sleep but who knows when that will happen.
