I leg-peddled for 10 minutes tonight (5 backward, 5 forward) and then arm-peddled for another 10 (5 backward, 5 forward). I’m proud of me. Yay.
I have also decided that I need to stop focusing on weight when it comes to this. I should instead be focusing on my general health and heart health, as, while I am not obese or anything, heart disease runs in my family and even just a little exercise every day can keep your heart healthy. One of my biggest fears is dying prematurely like my mother did, from a heart issue I don’t even know I have (just like her).
