A Bit More

One day at a time, eh?

Just got done doing some peddling. Legs: 10 minutes backward, 10 minutes forward. Arms: 5 minutes backward, 5 minutes forward. My arms are sore and tired, which I take to be a good thing.

We’ll see how long I keep this up. I’m aiming for a few minutes at least 3 times a week.
