Study: Fat Acceptance Blogs Improve Health Outcomes

Basically, a study that looked at “fat acceptance” blogs in the US, UK, and AUS found that involvement in the movement improve the overall health of people who were participating in it. It led to better overall health, better food choices, and getting their bodies moving without focus on crash diets, weight loss, and shaming themselves into losing weight.

Basically, they found what HAES says about health and weight is true.
